Take 1 - 3 tablets per day. Take the tablets preferably throughout the day, during or after a meal.
For the most effective treatment, take a dose of 3 tablets per day. If the result is satisfactory, the dosage may be lowered after 1 year to 1 to 2 tablets per day (depending on the stage of your of hair loss and the use of / combination with other products).

Having the right expectations is important. After all, hair growth is a slow process, especially when the hair follicles have been affected for a long time. A realistic time frame to evaluate the initial effect of a treatment is 3 to 6 months. Initially, you will then notice that your hair feels firmer and/or falls out less. The full effect often shows itself after 12 months. On average, healthy hair grows 1.25 cm per month.
